Thank you for your time and explanation on the Renal Vein.
Hi!
When the left renal vein is located between the aorta and vertebrae and drains into inferior vena cava, it is known as a retro-aortic left renal vein (RLRV). This is an anatomical variant of the normal course of the left renal vein, seen I about 2% of population. High pressure in this vein can trigger urological symptoms. However, it cannot cause the other symptoms you are having. Take care!
