Problem On the level of the neck and shoulder !

hello !
please some help :(
I am 18 years old !
Since I was born and I have a problem Started from my neck *My head oblique to the left* (the photo in attachment)  gradually and of course is not seen in childhood until I started growing up and began to show that My head actually oblique !
My parents were saying it just a temporary problem ! month after month and year after year ! Without improvement.
I did not suffer from pain ever , I was normal until now , i don't feel any pain ever !
But this is not normal when the deformity became apparent , My shoulder also became oblique (the left shoulder elevated  than the right one- my head  oblique to the left)
I can not put my ear on my right shoulder Unlike the left shoulder !
my gait not good ! because the Shoulders not two levels !
i have now a usage (wont) Crackling my neck Repeatedly Like someone just woke up and crack his neck  'crack! crack !!' :3 like that !
I am ashamed when I go out ! Or when one of my friends wanted to take a picture ! cuz i don't show up right always slant, oblique, inclined !
i need more informations pleas ! and Idea about the case & solution

Hi,
Asymmetry of the bone development is quite common, but in many cases, it may not be that obvious to others. You should consult an orthopedist for a proper evaluation and treatment.
