Right Knee Mri report will I need surgery?
I've been having knee pain for about 8 months now after one night of dancing with friends. I felt a pain so severe in my knee and I couldn't walk right away. Mri report shows, Myxoid degeneration to the anterior have horn of the medical meniscus no organized tear is present. Myxoid degeneration to posterior horn of the lateral meniscus without discrete tear. Grade iii chondromalacia to the patellar apex. I am only 36 and don't want surgery.
