Dear Abijit,

Sorry I lost contact with u.However, I did the MRI and according to the report it shows that my report is normal.But recently the pain has migrated to my shoulder (joints).For your reference, please see below:

MRI Scan of the Cervical Spine

Report;

Posterior bulging of the C2/3, C3/4, C4/5, C5/6, C6/7, C7/T1 And T1/2 discs causing minimal to slight indentation on the anterior part of the thecal sac is seen Slight decreased signal intensity is seen in the cervical discs on the T2 weighted and STIR images suggesting early degeneration and dehydration.

No central canal, lateral recesses or neural foramina stenosis  is seen in the cervial spine. No abnormal compression on the cervical  spinal cord is seen and no intradurcal extrameduary mass is seen in the cervical region. The cervicomedullary junction is unremarkable. No mass, abnormal signal or syrinx in the cervical spinal cord.

There is decreased in the normal cervical lordosis seen. No marginal saprophyte is seen in the cervical vertebral bodies and no significant degenerative change is seen in the cervical facet joints. normal marrow signals are noted in he cervical spine.

impression:
There are minimal to sight posterior bulging of the cervical and the C7/T1 and T1/2 discs, early degeneration of the cervical discs and decreased in the normal cernical lord sis noted.There is no central canal, lateral recesses or neural foramina stenosis seen in the cervical spine and no cervical spinal cord lesion or cervical nerve root impingement is detected.

dear nirchana,

Loss of cervical lordosis means that your muscles of cervical spine are under spasm ie under stress. X-ray gives a brief description about the condition of the region.But in your case, since the disc space are preserved, we can't get much information about your cervical spine(as there is loss of lordosis).
So MRI becomes mandatory, if you want a permanent cure from this problem.
If money is a big factor for MRI, you can try tapering steroid course medicines along with muscle relaxants for 10 days.

So am waiting for your response, as what you have decided.
Keep my posted,
regards
abhijeet
