Bad Knee pain, and its making horrible clicking noise

Hi, i am 27 and i have a very horrible pain in both my knees and clicking noise 24/7, im having this pain from 7years. before that i was a shuttle badminton player and coz of this pain i stopped playing, few years back i visited a doctor and he said my knees should be operated, i was not intrested in operation so i started using medicines, but still i have the same pain, infact its becoming worst day by day. i can not sit down, run or walk for long, the pain is so horrible that i feel my knee will break if i walk little fast or place my leg in any different position for stretchings  :(( please help me get rid of the pain and clicking noise

Hi,
A tennis/ badminton player with complaints as explained by you probably suggest some ligament or cartilage injury. This might be the reason your orthopedic surgeon had suggested surgery for your  knee.

It would be advisable to have an re-appointment and get prepared for surgery as per your surgeon's advise.
