I was in a mva ..five years ago ..I broke my heel, talus, and my foot was broke away from my ankle .I have screws in my foot ..but it doesn't feel like my heel is fixed ..my feet, ankles still swell, and my heel is so painful to walk or stand on .I walk with my foot tilted to the outside ..I have had xrays and they say its lined up right..it doesn't feel right..I don't like taking narcotics. I don't want to be a dope head..what can I do ..also both of my knees we injured I had a fractured tibia.. now I can't stand anyone to tough my knees .I can't sit on them or keep them bent for long periods of time..but I can't walk either .because just standing five mins hurts so bad I get sick .if I sit for a while then try to walk I can't it takes me a few minutes to be able to want..what should I do..

I am new to this site. I think the reason you haven't gotten any responses is your situation is very hard to diagnose. I am going out on a limb and suggest maybe a spine guy should be consulted. It really doesn't sound like a Orthopedic issue, not if the x-rays look good. Just a suggestion. Good luck, jd1963!
