nerve transfer to repair winged scapula- how much does it cost?

I am a nurse working at a plastic surgeon office. I am currently working on a case that involves a patient who was in a MVA and now suffers from a winged scapula. EMG is pending...physiatrist believes the injury is related to damage to the long thoracic nerve. The plastic surgeon has no experience with winged scapula repair as the injury does not appear to be cosmetic. I am trying to figure out how much it would cost to undergo a nerve transfer from the pectoralis major to repair the injury to the scapula. I want to ensure that the patient is compensated for her injury but I have been unsuccessful in researching how much this surgery would cost in a hospital setting. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
