lateral femoral condyle there is a 3 x 7 mm focus of
near-full-thickness to full-thickness articular cartilage loss with adjacent
surface fraying. There is a small focus of mild chondromalacia in the lateral
aspect of the medial tibial plateau. There is a roughly 3 x 2 cm area of
high-grade articular cartilage loss involving the medial and lateral patellar
facets with multiple foci of underlying degenerative subchondral marrow
edema/cystic change.


Free edge blunting/tearing of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus.
