Dislocated finger at PIP joint

Dislocated finger at PIP joint 4 weeks ago. It was touching my pinky when I fell. Immediately popped it back in while it was numb. Still very swollen and painful. Hurts very bad to support anything from palm side. I know I tore the medial ligament. Have a red swollen feverish knot on medial side. Been icing it when I can and wearing splint on and off. Any ideas
