Knee Reconstruction rejection

Hi Wveryone, I had my second knee reconstruction just over 4 weeks ago. This time it was done with Donor tissue. The swelling has not really gone down much and rehab feels much harder this time round. It has been particularly sore over the last could of days. Today it is bright red/purple and swollen and very hot to the touch. Could it be rejecting the donor tissue now? Thanks in advance!
