chronic ankle pain

HI
I got an ankle pain for more than 1 year which occurred when I was playing football. The pain is in inner side of my ankle and the physician diagnosed ankle sprain; however there was no sprain by right or left side or any symptoms, it is just when I shoot the ball and my foot stretch down. I kept playing football and since then also visited 5 doctors and had 10 physiotherapy sessions. MRI showed 1st degree ligament injury. I've had two rest periods with overall 4 months length and taken lots of anti-inflammatory drugs and NSAIDs. But after my first shoot the pain recurred. The last two doctors proposed arthroscopy, PRP, ultrasonic treatments and taking other medicines including Mobic and piascledine or even not exercising for more than 6 months. I am totally lost and I don't know which one is of more certainty. I appreciate it if you can help me out with this chronic problem.
Regards,
