my back doesn't feel normal

On the left side of my spine, from the left shoulder blade down to the top of my left butt cheek, it feels like a cross between a charlie horse and when your foot falls asleep, while adding a heating pad set on low. I can still move fine, but it feels weird and it has felt the same since the June 18th. Is it okay to go to work or should I go see a doctor?

I would see a doctor.  This could be some type of pulled muscle or pinched nerve.  Only your doctor can diagnose that though,

I would go and see a doctor about this, for you might have a bony spur that is pressing on a nerve.  Did it start suddenly, as in after an injury or a highly active sport, or, did it come on gradually? This info. will give the doctor an idea of what tests or x-rays he might order for you.

Good Luck!
