possible knee fracture?

Alright, last night I was at this big fireworks show called red hot and boom and I was longboarding to go see the fireworks. Anyways I was going down a steep hill on a bridge,  and I was going about 23 MPH and someone on a bike cut me off so I bailed after swerving and flew about 15 feet and landed directly on my right knee first,  and I cut it open and a bunch of other stuff, but after a few seconds I got BA k up and skated off albeit my knee felt like it was rubbing and catching,  which I've had happen after a couple ligament sprains.   But on the way back to my car my knee felt like it was Coming apart near the head of the tibia near the LCL.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to comment on the situation. Possibilities that may need to be considered include fractures, dislocations, injuries to internal knee structures, injuries to tendons/ ligaments, inflammation etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. Meanwhile I would suggest resting the knee and avoid weight bearing. Ice-packs and tylenol may be helpful for pain relief.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
