what is the solution for artheritis at the ankle joint in early age ? please help

I meat with an accident 7 years ago and I had surgery in my left leg and foot.Now as a result of that whole treatment I sufering from artheritis at my ankle joint.My age is 30 years.Pain is just killing me every day please help me ?
