Hello there.. I’m 12 weeks post op of corrective knee Osteotomy, and I’ve only been allowed to partial weight Bear of about 30kg, but I mistakenly lost my balance and fully weight beared my question is, have I completely messed up my surgery? There isn’t any pain but in worried I may have strained the internal fixation due to the amount of weight kindly note I am heavy about 90kg so that’s why why I’m worried, how strong are theses fixations? When it happened I felt my knee give up and I quickly sat, please I hope there is anyone who can help answer my questions.

So, this sounds brief and only once.  You aren't experiencing pain now which is a good sign all is going to be fine.  I'm sure almost everyone by instinct will put weight on a limb they were instructed not to as they recover at least once.  See if you feel any issues but otherwise, I'd not worry.  12 weeks is a long recovery!  I'm sure you are antsy to get going!!
