Alan...thanks for listening.....

Hey there fella...It is reassuring to me as well as others, I am certain, to know you are listening and responding to us here scrambling and searching for information.....your research and reminders help tremendously.
I hope you are doing well and your world is a good place to reside.
Sometimes you remind me of a security blanket....thanks again for being here!
Peace.

:) awww thanks everyone!

Sorry I'm not on here too often, work and school are all playing 'catch up' since I wasn't able to get much done when I was helping my mom.  If you ever need to get in-touch with me, send a message and I can be alerted that way (since I don't check the boards every day).

Keep fighting!

Alan started coming here when his mother was ill with OVCA (she ultimately passed away, sadly). While caring for his mother he was doing tons of research and sharing his findings with the women (and the fathers, husbands and sons touched by OVCA) here. The depth of his knowledge is pretty amazing. Don't be surprised if he shows up on one of the expert forums one day (as an expert).

Ditto on the thanks to Alan.  Is there a reason he got interested in OVCA? I've been to his website and the OVCA factor seems different from most of his other endeavors.

As far as the green tea. I only drink it hot. Every box I've ever purchased says it's decaf.

I agree 100%, II read all your posts. I had thought about the essaic tea also, but since I am on chemo, it doesn't sound like such a good idea. Is there a particular green tea to get? Is decaf o.k.. I have rapid hearbeat issues so no caffiene for me.   Donna
