Can anyone help with some questions about vaginal cancer

Hi, I have a friend who has a friend living in Canada that was just told she has vaginal cancer. Is it possible to dx this type of cancer without pathology results? She was told she has this but is still waiting on pathology report.  Also, she was told it was in-operable, any truth to this? Thanks for any info you can provide.

Thanks again in advance,
Bob

Vaginal Cancer is rare but can be treated,  abnormal pap smears, pelvic exams, biopsys are done .  Type in vaginal cancer in search .  Gives all the info you will need Bob
