For seven months I have been having pelvic pain, vaginal dryness, yeast infections (according to three different doctors), bacterial vaginitis (according to one doctor), lots of white-yellowish discharge, and hip pain that comes and goes. The hip pain radiates to my legs and lower back. In July I was diagnosed with IBS. The symptoms seem to disappear every time I get my period. The symptoms are intense in some months and in other months are very mild, and sometimes I do not have all the symptoms (for example, hip pain). I have gotten tested for STD's which all come back negative, the pap smear came back normal, and I have gotten many pelvic exams that are normal. I also have celiac disease (under control with diet), I supposedly have interstitial cystitis (does not explain discharge and infections, etc), and I have asthma (under control). Last year I had a miscarriage and I was in pain for six months, and then the pain and discomfort disappeared until this year when it came back. Recently the doctor said I had an infection (got tested for STD's again--gonorrhea and clamydia), she said there were tons of white blood cells. The doctor even suggested I go see a psychologist because my symptoms are all over the place, which I would not mind at all right now because these gyno problems are driving me crazy. I feel very tired most of the time and doctors cannot seem to know what on earth I have (currently I am staying home, I have one child, I had to quit my job due to gyno problems, and I have a great husband).
