PMS and complex cyst

I have a complex ovarian cyst and have not had a period for over 2 months (48 years old).  Did any of you experience the symptoms of starting a period (swollen breasts) with your cyst or is it probably just my hormones out of whack?  I am scheduled for surgery on March 21st, but I am absolutely miserable.  If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

My breast were tender for the year before my dermoids were removed.  Did not associate it then, but after all that I have been reading, makes sence.

As they say, misery loves company. . . :)

I have had my breasts become larger and at times, hurt, especially the nipples, and other times that they are actually leaking a little bit, usually right before my period, which is ALL THE TIME these days.  However, the last three days, I haven't been bleeding.  Prior to that I'd bled 19 out of 24 days, and prior to that, I'd skipped a couple of months.  In July of 2004, I had an endometrial ablation after doing all this same kind of weird cycling, things straightened out for awhile, but then got weird again starting in about June of last year.  Skip a couple months, bleed for days on end, go week or so, start bleeding again, go a day or two, start bleeding again. . .

That's how I'm doing it.  I really like when I skip a couple of months.  Love, hugs and God bless, Barb
