Still having pelvic pain even after negative ultrasound

I've been following my doctors orders I have been taking the birth control that she perscribed she said it may take two to three months for the cramping to alievate, yeah well something tells me this pain isn't going anywhere and i'm concerned my next appointment is on april 19 and I will also be discussing a breast ultrasound as I have a yellowish white discharge that has been going off and on for the last oh i don't three years or so, last time one doc gave me ten days of diflucan seemed to clear it up for a couple of days but it came right back. I'm requesting a mammo and a breast ultrasound.

I'm almost into the end of my second month on this birth control, no periods, which feels weird to me, but this nipple discharge and pelvic cramping is really bothering me, I have an appointment on tuesday with my GP/Rheumatologist.

I may end up in the hospital because of my weight i'm slender i usually wiegh about 110 steady but since i've been sick for the last six years or so, it hasn't been close to that its currently  94 or 95lbs my psychiatrist wants me in the hospital for nutritional therapy and told me to have my doctor call him.  I'm scared and not sure what will be done there...? maybe they do the mammo when i'm there? and a bunch of other testing.....?

anyway thanks for calming my fears if you do reply...

Sometimes the pain is so bad that I have to sit down after standing up for a few minutes or I even double over crying because it hurts really bad...I'm 34 never had children and i had one ectopic pregnancy...hope some of that info helps.

I think, you may ask for Cat or MRI too.

hey andi,

I would ask for a pelvic Cat Scan too.  Have you been to a GI doctor yet?  you may want to go to a gastro intestinal doctor and have that person do a pelvic exam you can also book a colonoscopy while you're there.

It is easy to get very scared over these things just take a deep breath and make a list of your symptoms, the dates they've been happening and if there is any pattern.  It could be that you have a spastic colon or any other numerous abdominal/colon problems.  If it is more serious your note pad with questions and symptoms will help you keep track of everything the doctor tells you and what your next step is.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and please check back when you hear more.

take care,
