postmenopausal bleeding and cramps

I was told I need an endometrial bx due to thickening in uterine wall via an ultrasound.  I have cramps and abnormal bleeding.  I am scared.  What are the possibilities of CA or other DX ?

I take i from the ultrasound, you did not have anything on your ovaries, rather thickening of the uterine wall.  The biopsy is done through the cervix, I had 2 or 3 done, all were benign.  Since this is a ovarian cancer form, you might try the gyncocogy forum for more information regarding cancer of the uterus.  Sorry I can't be of more help
