Complex ovarian cyst.

Hello, I have had a history of pelvic pain along with frequent urination, burning while urinating and many more symptoms since I was 16. (20 now) after so many doctor visits and so many antibiotics for UTI's I was finally diagnosed with 2 ovarian cysts on my right side. One being benign measuring 5 cm and one being "complex" measuring 3 cm. My ultrasounds also showed a result of having a heterogeneous uterus. My OB/GYN told me not to lift over 15 lbs or exorcise what so ever for next two months. The pain has gradually been getting worse to the point where i feel nausea every night almost. Sharp stabbing pains every now and then reaching up to my ribs, now im late on my period which i hardly ever am. For the past year or so i have always been on time till now. Ist

I have ovarian cysts and I didn't feel this kind of pain with pregnancy.  You should feel much pain with pregnancy, especially at the beginning.

Yes my ob/gyn Referred me to a urollogist. My appointment is coming up pretty soon. I have had several doctors tell me about cystitis. And I am having unprotected sex. And now seems about the right time for me to miss my period if i was...but i have no other symptoms other than the ovarian cyst symptoms. Which is really close to pregnancy symptoms also right?

If you are having sex and not on birth control there is always a possibility.  If you are still having urinary symptoms I would get in to see a urologist.  You could have an infection that won't show up on a regular dip test, like staph or strep (they have to do a culture to find either).  You could also have a chronic condition like Interstitial Cystitis.
