Help! I'm not sure what's wrong with me!

I was supposed to get my period on April 7th, but it never came. I assumed it may be a few days late because I'm usually on a 33-35 day cycle. Today makes 20 days since my period was due. I've had 2 negative pregnancy tests. The only sex I had was 2 weeks before my period was due and it was protected. The condoms did not break. I'm pretty positive I'm not pregnant. I've been experiencing pain in my left and ride side along with night sweats, hot temperament, a feeling of fullness, and an immediate need to go to the bathroom (diarrhea) after eating more than I should have. About 2 months ago my period was delayed by 2 weeks but it did come. Anyone know what could be wrong? I haven't went to the doctor yet, but I feel like I will be going soon!
