With that many cysts, do you possibly have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)? Some of the common traits are cystic ovaries (cysts appear as a string of beads), hirsutism (excess body and/or facial hair), oily and acne-prone skin, irregular menstrual cycle. PCOS is a metabolic disorder of insulin resistance. If you have PCOS, I would think you would develop more cysts after having the current ones removed.
