Ovarian cysts and hydronephrosis/hydroureter

I am a 21 year old female. I was diagnosed with two ovarian cysts that are thought to be cystadenomas back in January of this year. I went into the ER last week because of excruitiating pain and a blood test revealed a high creatinine level. Today I was diagnosed with hydronephrosis and hydroureter via ultrasound with no known obstruction. I have read that hydronephrosis could be a sign of pelvic cancers. Should I be worried about cancer considering I have both the cysts and the hydronephrosis now?

Yes, I am  having my cysts removed laparoscopy on March 30th. I did some more reading on hydronephrosis and found that it is fairly common with ovarian cysts.

Could be just badly situated cysts pressing on and interfering with other organs.  Is surgery planned?  It seems to be the only smart resolution.
