Painfull cysts

I have two cysts on my left ovary i was rushed to hospital two weeks ago with extreme lower ab pain and back passage pain and unable to go to the toilet when i got there i passed out and had a fit, after a transvaginal scan it was decided i had two cysts one the size of a grape and one the size of a peanut and sent home to wait for six weeks. i am still in lower ab pain and still finding it difficult to use the toilet, what does this mean? When i looked at the scan the larger cyst was black, they said it could be full of blood, what does this mean? I dont know weather to go back to the doctors, i had my menstual cycle but still lightly bleeding, i feel like somthing is wrong because simple cysts dont usually have symtoms and go on their own and this doesnt seen to be getting better im really struggling to adjust to living with these symtoms. Any advice would appreciated x

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It is less likely for a small ovarian cyst to cause pain. It can cause pain if it becomes large, Bleeds, breaks open, interferes with the blood supply to the ovary, is bumped during sexual intercourse or is twisted or causes twisting (torsion) of the Fallopian tube. You need to get it evaluated from a gynecologist and get hemorrhagic cysts ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
