I am 43, I was taken into hospital with a bloated stomach which they thought was fluid, but wasn't, I had ultrasound and ct scans which should a large tumour 12 cm and massive cysts arising from it extending to my chest, they said it was at least borderline, when saw consultant he said borderline or low grade tumour as it was too big to be benign, had tumour, cyst removal, tah, suspicious lymph nodes removal, during op found another tumour on left ovary, took frozen section was told first tumour was borderline, weren't sure about second one, would have to wait for historology, was in quite a lot of pain even though had epidural, but gave me plenty of pain relief, had urine infection and retention after going home and had to spend 1 night in hospital, when went back for results, luckily they were all benign and looked suspicious because of undiagnosed endometrisos the tumours and cysts measured 43cm x26cm x 11cm and lost 3 stone in weight, I hope this helps reassure someone that until the historology even the experts don't know definitely

You surely need to see an oncologist gyno. 19 is within normal range on the CA125. That's good.Make sure to get copies of all of your reports on every recent exam, surgery, blood work etc. This will help to prevent retesting and possible a faster diagnosis. I will keep you in my prayers. Good Luck with it all. Please keep us posted.

It sounds like you need to find a gynecologist/oncologist. Do you know what stage your cancer is? What has your doctor told you? You may want to ask this question on the ovarian cancer forum. They may be able to give you more answers. Good luck! I pray that having surgery is all the treatment you will need!
