cysts

haemorrhagic corpus leteum : 28 mm in vaginal ultrasound . would like to know what the best approach .
one dotor advised me  to go for a laproscopy and anothe doctor adv me  to wait and watch approach.
very tensed as i dont want it  to rupture or  expand  .

IMO, I would definitely go for the laproscopy asap if I've been experiencing pains because those pains are no joke.

Wait and watch…Is this the first time? That is not very big. However I am not your ultrasound tech so it is hard for me to advise on a pathology I did not discover, but …if you are about to get your period just wait, it may go away.
