Hello and Welcome!
Sorry I can't help you. I have extreme Chronic Pain however my pain is not dictated by weather.... though I admit it may increase with changes.... but not to a any great degree.
I haven't heard of the type of "forecast" you are seeking. I hope one of our members can offer a suggestion.
Peace,
~Tuck
Thanks for the welcome.
Below are two of the sites that offer arthritis forcasts.
But like I said earlier, they're not accurate.
My bones can feel weather changes better:)

Let's face it... What weather forecast is truly accurate?? I've shoveled a foot of snow following a "partly cloudy" forecast.
Thanks for the information.

My supervisor suggested that I just keep track of barometric changes instead of weather forecasts.
This works for me.
Tuck do you know how to close off this message board so that I don't have to track this question any more?
Not knowing if you have other health problems or not, you might check with your Dr to see if it would be safe for you to take Evening Primrose Oil.
I have had arthritis since very young and have always used aspirin to help with the pain as I didn't want to get started on anything harder if I could help it, I much prefer to be in control of my body with natural supplements when possible and I suffer no side effects from the primrose oil though some may and do.
My pain had gotten worse through the years and weather can most definitely add to it. I started taking 1300 mg of Super Primrose Oil daily about 4 months ago and it is amazing how much better I feel. It is great not to be in all that pain, never would I have thought I would find something that worked so well.
Check it out on line by looking up "primrose oil and arthritis", for more information, then check with your Dr to make sure it wont cause a problem with other medication you might be on.
Wishing you the best whatever the weather!
Sorry I don't know how to close the msg board.
