Pain medication can be dangerous without doctor's instruction. I know sometimes pain can be unbearable. be extra careful in the way you deal with pain.

Yogi, it is never OK to take prescription pain medication without doctor's orders, no matter what kind of pain you may feel. Please make an appointment with your doctor to discuss your back pain, and possible treatment options.

Not unless your doctor said it was okay. Otherwise you're self-medicating, which is never a good thing. Did you tell doctor that pain is so bad you need both meds? If you haven't, you should. You never know how drugs will interact on different individuals. Good luck and God bless.
