Does anyone have pain post thoracotomy after 6 months?

I did not have pneumonia symptoms until I woke up with sharp pains under left breat. Also had temperature of 103. The pneumonia was in left lung and turned to Empyema pus in lung. After thoracotomy I became septic. I was in the hospital for 30 days. Four months later I am experiencing sharp pain in left shoulder blade and above left breast. Also feel like I am wearing a concrete vest on left side. Lung X-ray and CT Scan show no problem.  Now taking Oxycodone but it does nothing. Being of positive mind I hope this "healing pain" goes away at some point. Also losing hair due to sepsis, per doctor.
