Pulled Muscle or Appencicitis? Please help I'm really scared :c

I'm scared out of my mind that I have appendicitis but also I don't know whether it could be something psychological or a muscle pull. It's in my abdominal area, kind of lower but sometimes goes up and on the right hand side.

I've been passing gas a bit which relieves me a bit but the achy pain is still there. I went to my doctor today and she pressed everywhere on my stomach and it didn't hurt (the rebound thing)

Should I go to the doctors again or rest it if it's a pulled ab muscle? I haven't experienced any other symptoms of appendicitis but I'm still freaking out over it so much that I just want to get it removed.

You may have a GI track issue. Try a liquid diet for a whole day and take 2 dulce lax 5mg tablets during that day. I have chrons which causes an incredible amount of abdominal pain and that tends to help. It may be really gross but you should feel tons better if it is a possible GI track issue. I know your hurting but it also helps if you can get up and walk around, walking helps pain, especially abdominal pain.

UPDATE: The pain has now moved up to the middle of my stomach above the belly button, there's a pressure feeling there and it's almost like there's vomit in the back of my throat. Heating Pad provides comfort but not a lot.

If you had appendicitis you'd be begging for a hospital even if you do have a high pain tolerance. I suggest you opt for one day of bed rest and apply a heating pad to the area to relieve pain. If that doesn't go away get into a doctor and see what they can do for you.
