Is shinty back?

Yes shinty is back! He was in the hospital with yet another lower back surgery. This was a "small" one where a membrane was installed in between a nerve and a clump of scar tissue. It made an immediate difference in my left leg pain, so it was a huge success. I still have lower back pain and right leg pain, but I'll take any relief I can get. Now you know everything!!!
