Nicki, please take the time to breath, regularly, and preferably around 12 times per minute -- the average respiratory rate for an adult human at rest.
In the mean time, if we can offer any helpful opinion, please feel free to post.
Best wishes.
Thanks for you comments and concern. It's appreciated here.
If you read the date on the initial post - Nicki fell a year ago.
Thanks,
~Tuck
Did you fall after the MRI or before but either way you should call the Dr and let them know incase you hurt something else and it requires immediate attention. You could have bruised or hurt yourself internally or worse broke something. if it gets to bad a trip to the ER may even be required. I am no MD but with all the back problems I have had if I fall i always call my Dr and they have seen me right away and on one occasion I bruised my kidney witch cause a level of pain 9-10. I would never chance a fall that causes increased pain.
Hi Nicki,
Welcome back!! I sincerely hope you'll be active in our community. We all learn from one another - and try to offer suggestions and support. I was absent when you began this thread. Sorry!
How are you doing? Weight loss can be very very difficult - especially when you are in chronic pain and every moment increases your pain.
I hope you'll stay with us.
Welcome Back,
~Tuck
