New and looking for answers

Hi, sorry but this will probably be quite a long post as I have a few questions to ask!
Ill start off with what I have "officially" and "unofficially" been diagnosed with.
I have officially been diagnosed with major depressive and anxiety disorder.polynueropathy, hepatitis C, and trauma due to physical, abuse from my now soon to be ex-husband.
Unofficially I have been diagnosed with ptsd, and fibromyalgia. These two things are in progress.
Okay so my PvP is a wonderful woman and she prescribes me the meds I need each month which are:
Xanax for anxiety and panic attacks
Celexa for depression
Gabapentin for polynueropathy
Hydrocodone for pain
And I am seeing a gastroenterologist for my hep c and a rheumatologist for my fibromyalgia
Last but not least I am on a waiting list to get into a therapist for the ptsd

I signed a pain contract with my pcp two months ago and I follow the rules to a T because i know what it's like to run out of medicine and suffer. I have two little girls who are very active so I have very little if any downtime.
I had a liver biopsy yesterday and yes I have read all over how people say theirs didn't hurt but that wasn't the case for me. I screamed in agony for 2 hours begging anyone I seen to help me.
My Dr and I have not got to a regular daily dosage of my pain medication so last month on the 16th she prescribes me 60 at 3 pills a day which is a 20 day supply. Therefore I was out of medicine before I went into this procedure. I left there without a prescription for fear of losing my pcp and her trust.
So now I am pretty sore and my appointment with my pcp isn't until Monday and I am very uncomfortable. I contacted her today and she said if have t call the dr who did my biopsy to get a prescription which was not what I was expecting.
Of course the outpatient clinic where I had the procedure done told me today when I called to call my pcp who originally prescribes my pain meds. Now I don't know what to do because I am in pain from everything that I am already going through and now my side hurts from the biopsy that was done yesterday and I am out of meds.
I am not one to break rules and have no intentions of doing so but I can't get my dr to call me back and only her receptionist communicates with me telling me that ill just have to wait til Monday like originally planned.
My Dr has been gradually increasing my pain medicine in mg and quantity monthly and this month we will be moving up to 90 10 mg pills. Last month was 60 7.5 pills. I'm tired of running out and suffering but I am very shy and feel like she's going to get upset if I talk yo her about this.
She has been with me this past year through my husband trying to kill me and beating me til I couldn't open either of my eyes for a week. She has been very encouraging and supportive and losing her as a dr would be like losing a family member.
Sorry for rambling. Feel free to ask any questions if I haven't explained things well enough. Thanks in Advance

If you are in that much pain, make an appt and see your doctor in person. Opiates in almost all states can not be called in, must be either a hand written carry in prescription or some states allow scripts, but they still require an in office visit.
