I haven't checked this out yet but I, too, got sucked into things when I first was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.  Luckily I didn't waste too much money but I got my hopes up so much only to find it was junk information.

Thanks for sharing. There is a lot of good and not so good information to be found on the Internet.

Just be weary of the ads and don't get "sucked into"  quackery. I can't tell you how many bogus claims I have seen to "cure" my SIJD. I followed up on some when I was in denial of this debilitating condition. Unfortunately they all want money and their claims are just not believable.

Remember....If you think it's too good to be true....you're right.

But your suggested site (and of course there are others) appears to offer some good common sense techniques and practices. And again thanks for sharing.
