Need some help today...

I am soo ill and cranky and I just can't seem to get out of it. I am yelling at my girls and my hubby and I feel so mean! I am usually able to get out of this mood but I can't seem to today. I am stressing about my home not being perfectly clean and organized and this does not help!
I do not know what I need but I need something.
Thanks for listening to me vent.
How do you get out of these kinds of moods. I am willing to try anything at this point.

Thanks!
I am doing alot better today. My son always seems to be able to pull me out of these moods and he called me last night and I feel much better.
We do not always count our blessings and that is something we all need to do.
I am soo blessed with such a wonderful husband and great son and two girls who are my life. My Dad is always a phone call away and I have you guys here, what more could I possibly ask for. I am truly blessed:)

Sandee:

Come over to the couch and vent...That's what it's designed for.......VENT all you want over there.

I'm sorry that your feeling so down. I really know where your coming from as well. Most of us that deal with chronic pain amd meds often go there.

Take a hot bath and relax. Forget the house and the kids for the moment. They will not go anywhere...Deal with it when you feel better.

I will keep you in my thoughts...

HUGS,
Molly

I was there a few weeks ago. I could not get out of what I call a "funk." I sat down and made a list of my blessings. I taped it to my mirror along with a simple prayer. It didn't help right away but it did in time.

You know well that those of us with Chronic Pain have some tough days that can run into tough weeks. We don't even need a reason. Any added pressure that we or those we love put on us can make those days tougher and longer.

Pamper yourself. Take time out of each day for just you. "Get way" even if that means in your mind. Dream, it helps. So something kind for someone that doesn't expect it. It will make you feel better too. And don't forget to lean on us when you need to. We're all in this together.

Plato said, "Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle."
