Perineum Pain Male 28 Year Old

Hello,

I have been suffering from perineum pain for the past 10 days. I also had skin irritation. I went to urgent care 3 times already. The first time an external hemorrhoid was found. I received medication for it. The pain on the perineum area did not go away and I went to the doctor a second time. They thought it was Jock itch and was prescribe a fungus cream. Did not help. I went a third time to urgent care, and was prescribed a hydrocortisene  1 percent cream. It helped with the irritation on the skin, but I am still suffering from the pain.

It is a fullness/heaviness sensation on the perineum area. It gets worse when sitting or on bed. The discomfort happens when my underwear touches the area, or if I am going commando, when my skin touches the area.  At first I thought it was the skin, but the sensation comes from under the skin. I have another doctor's appointment 2 days from now, but I already visited urgent care 3 times, and have no solution for this.
