Random chest, arm, leg, shoulder, neck, head pain and heart palpitations.

For about 3 weeks now I've had random pains in my chest anywhere from the left side to the middle all the way to the right side. I also have a deep aching pain in my left arm close to my wrist, the pain is different everytime it hurts. It also goes tingly and I feel pressure sometimes in my arm. I am very tired all the time, and have been loosing weight. I also get light headed and dizzy and weak a lot.  I also have been have random heart palpitations, I can't explain what they feel like because they are faint and really weird but I have them about 3-5 times a day. I have been eating healthy and I used to smoke but stopped once all this pain happened. I am pretty sure I have anxiety, I also have very bad panic attacks but the pain never happens when I have them. I am so worried all the time over it because I think I'm going to die from a heart attack or a stroke. I went to the ER and I had an EKG done and a chest x-Ray and both came back normal. The doctor decided to let me have an echocardiogram and wear a heart monitor for 3 days, both witch haven't happened yet, but will. I also got my blood work done and hasn't heard anything back from the doctors yet. I am so worried and only want to know what the hell is wrong with me. Can anyone help me ?! Please..

The heart monitor is a good idea, even with no history and your age. Unless you started smoking at 5 years, I doubt if you've done any damage with that. Quitting is good -- don't start again. Science couldn't have designed a more noxious hobby than smoking tobacco.

Your anxiety deserves attention, with treatment both with a psychologist and medicine.

Are you getting enough exercise? Stress -> anxiety, and exercise reduces stress.

The pain and muscle tension can have many causes, so doctors will need to rule out many serious problems first. Be patient, but persevere with your pursuit of an answer, and perhaps, treatment.

Good luck.

Can you take a 20 minute walk? That's a good place to start.
