Request for medical assistance

Sir,

I firstly thank for providing an opportunity to get our questions answered online.
This is in regard to my brother's issue. He was affected with hemiplegia and Meningitis at the age of 2. Now he is 40 years and has acute pain in the affected areas. We've tried all sources and consulted all possible doctors within our reach.

Its been concluded by many doctors that he should go for surgery, the cost of which is not within our range.
I would like to know if we can get help wherein his surgery can be done free of cost. I shall forward all the case history including the medications and diagnosis he underwent upon your kind reply.

I'm sorry, but I can't think of anything besides possibly St. Judes, but they deal mainly with children. Have you tried looking online for organizations that might help? Or maybe contact St. Judes and see if they will help or at least steer you in a direction of someplace that can.
