A year of siatica pain and still no relief!

Hi there,
I found this forum and it is my last resort. I am 30 years old , female, with no history of any medical problems. Last April, I started experiencing mild pain in my hamstring and it worsened to what I have now. I have been diagnosed many times, but nothing seems clear cut. I have tried chiropractor appointments, acupuncture, physical therapy, sports therapy, muscle relaxers, hypnosis and massage. Nothing has worked.  My MRI was completely normal but my pain has still continued. I have also had blind injections into my spine and SI joint, which lead to no relief.  I also had an injection into my piriforus muscle via xray as well with no relief.  Last week I had another set of xray injections: one in my obtenur interneus (spelling), boxtox in the piriformus and an injection into the SI joint and still no relief. My chiropractor thinks my pelvis is tilted but I don't know anymore.  I didn't have any accident or servere trainig that would have started all this which is the frustrating part. So any ideas? I am beyond frustrated with this. I mean having it a year has been very annoying. My pain burns, stabs and changes. Sometimes it is annoying like a headache, other days it really bothers me. I don't take any pain meds other than occasional tylenol b/c I really don't want to be on pain meds. I don't like the idea of that.

I am having server pain in both my shins, the pain travels to the inside calf on both legs. When I walk I honestly want to cry it hurts so bad. To even wear my jeans or sweats are also aggravating me, yes it is that tender. My husband tried rubbing Aspercreme on both of them last night. As I tried telling him that just him barely rubbing them was very painful. I ended up going to be and crying myself to sleep, even in my sleep I am constantly waking up due to the pain. I can't take it, also have had some horrible pain in my left hip, almost like it wants to lock up on me! I am only 35 and this has got to go! Can anyone out there lead me into a direction of help. My family doctor seems to not listen to me, so I am looking for a new doctor. Please email me at lovin_my_angel30***@****! I need some form of help! Thank you!

Has the piriformis muscle been checked or addressed?  Or pelvic misallignment.  Or sacral and sacrilliac a little stuck.  I have had all these problems and it feels like sciatica (had that too). A good PT or sports med dr. should have checked these things.  Goggle the things I mentioned and what fits you best bring copy w/ you to dr. until someone pays attention.

My sciatica pain went from my right buttock down the side of my leg and to the front of my shin.  Pain so bad I had to go to the ER.  Shot barely helped, pain meds (Ibuprofen, Xtra strength Tylenol, Naproxen, Aspirin) did not help, (I did not take the very strong narcotic ones even though I came close to taking them) tests came out normal.  A doctor in the ER told me to put a heating pad on my buttock, and on my shin, to put the heating pad on "warm" and sleep with it if I can.  I tied the heating pad around my shin, and tried to sleep on the heating pad on my buttock.  I also sat on the heating pad during the day as long as I could, and had another heating pad tied arond my shin, and in two weeks I got 90% better, I'm in my third week now and almost completely pain free.  I must add the pain was so bad I could not walk,  I went from bed to the closest chair screaming out in pain, from the chair falling on the couch.  Going to the ER was sheer torture.
BTW, ica packs did not help, but the heating pads did.  But of course you got to rest and walk as little as you can which is hard to do I know.
