Well it seems you were very close to a permenant nothing and I really don't think that is what you what. As I suggested sounds like you might have gotten your feet and hands too cold and gotten some frostbite. The real damage can be going on inside your body and there may be perm. damage to your feet. When your feet get that cold ice crystals form and can be very dangerous. When you warm it back up too fast your body can release toxins that can damage the kidneys so bad you would need a transplant. You need to get to a doctor asap and have them look at your hands, feet, and bloodwork. I am sorry you are feeling this way. There are other meds that can help depression. Sometimes it takes a cocktail to treat hard, stubborn, cases. I remember what that used to be like.

Good luck to you, and God bless. I am glad the Angels were with you and you survived the severe cold.

Where do you live to be exposed to the cold? I wish it was cold here. My car thermostat read 113 today, so tired of the heat, need a break. As far as your hands and feet you need to get to a doctor. How cold did you get? Was it below freezing? Did you possibly get any frostbite? If any of your tissue froze it could do massive damage to your kidneys, that's is what I would be more worried about.
