Pain Management contract (oregon)

I have been taking Adderall for 10 plus years, the doctor I have now is my regular PC (1 year prescribing) I have ADD and PTSD which I take a low dose of Prazosin for at night. For an entire year I was never UAed, this past month I went to pick up my prescription and was told I would have to do a UA before I got it. The nurse explained they are testing everyone, but Im not too sure on that?
Anyway, I got a pretty good relationship with my doctor, but when I asked him to up my prescription to a hire dose because 30 was not working as well as it use to, he said that was as high as he could go. I have been on higher doses. I take 2 10mg in am and 1, 10 mg in the afternoon. I was UAed and the test result came back I had zero in my system, which was correct because I ran out 2-3 days prior which is kinda typical. I have MyCharts so that how I know what the test results are.
Anyway, a few days latter I went in for my normal monthly checkup and nothing was even said about it. I didnt want to point it out.
But I feel its crap to make anyone feel bad for taking a needed prescription. I know thats not their intentions, Im sure there are a ton of people out there that abuse them. But now I feel like I will get randoms and I know I will fail each one because I run out sometimes. Other Times I meditate my way though my issues and I can take less. I just hope this doesn't become an every month thing.
In addition I recently filed for Disability for PTSD and ADD, so I wonder if they are covering their own butts. Who knows...Anyone have any similar stories or advice..Thank you for this awesome community, wish I would of found it prior to signing the contract!

I have my charts too. So I can go in and check my results anytime I want also it's very convenient.
Did you read your contract, I signed one too.  Mine is for PM though.  So I am not sure if it's different, but the gist is I agree to take your meds exactly as prescribed, no more, no less.  I  never call ahead of time for an early refill, (because then they believe you are running out of them, taking to many) and you never fail a drug test. If they find other drugs in your system you will be cut off your contract. Not sure if we have same contract.
But since you had an appointment already I probably wouldn't worry about it.  If I were you I would make sure to have the meds in my system , just in case of ramdons, they seem to be doing more , just reading more from people online.
I hope someone that actually takes the meds you do can give you some better advice , sorry, this is all the advice I have for you.
Good luck on filing for Disability I hope it works out for you, along with your medication situation.
