Unbareable pain

I'm 17 years of age, i am sexually active, and right now, im having incredibly painful abdominal pains. I have two options that could be happening, im pregnant or something else causing the pains. My pains are random and severe. They are in the upper abdomen in the anterior and posterior sections. The pain is like a sharp but dull pain. It is extremely painful. It wakes me up in the middle of the night. I have to sit on a heating pad to even help the pain be relieved for a few minutes. I have been drinking a lot of water now, i am going to take a pregnancy test soon, but i need to know if there is anything else that could possibly be wrong if it comes back negative. Please help!

These pains can be signs of a serious condition and have nothing at all to do with sexual activity.

Around the town wherever you live, there should be places called "Urgent Care Center" or "Fast Care" or something like that.

Please go to one right away and get checked out!
