What to do about my chronic thoracic back pain (8+ years)?

I am a desperate mother of a 4 month old baby in need of help.
I have had thoracic back pain (between my shoulder blades, mainly) since 2005, after my first major car accident. In 2006, I was in another where I rolled my car... This is when it became chronic, every day pain.. But on a lower scale. Over time, it got worse. Finally in about 2008, I made an appt with my PCP about how bad it was, after being prescribed a few different muscle relaxers, he prescribed me Vicodin 5s, It helped a lot. I also had X-rays done, which showed nothing. Also went to a chiropractor, who told me that my spine was reversing the other direction up top. So I continued to go, with little relief. In 2011, my PCP was out of the office, so I had to see his PA, she told me because of the years I've been taking the Vicodin and because of the intensity of my pain, she referred me to a pain clinic, without a script for the Vicodin. By this time, I was desperate for answers. When I went, I felt like I was being talked down to the entire time and looked at like a drug seeker as if I was lying about every detail. I had X-rays done again, which showed nothing. I explained what the chiropractor explained to me, yet their X-rays showed nothing, I was given an anti inflammatory and sent on my way (this was over a course of about 8 months). Finally, I went back to my PCP who prescribed me aqua therapy, which helped. The pain clinic, continued to do nothing, except up my dosage of neurontin that I was already taking for psych reasons. In 2013, I finally went after my dream and started to attend beauty school, who worked with me with my back problems along with OCD, but had to discontinue aqua therapy due to the hours.. Few  months after I started, I was in another car accident which increased my pain 10 fold. So desperate, o went back to the pain clinic who again, prescribed anti inflammatory which did nothing. They drug tested me also, which I came up negative, except for the amohetamine & benzos (due to my psych meds). Don't understand why drug test when they don't intend to prescribe me anything on the first place? My back would get to the point where I could not stand, walk, sit or lie down without sobbing. In the beginning of 2015, I got pregnant. It was amazing, my back pain disappeared. Incredible. But after giving birth in December, shortly after, it returned with a vengeance. So I went back to the pain clinic. In the back 5 months, I had X-rays and a MRI done, the X-rays showed nothing, MRI showed 2 small (something like cysts on
My spine, which they could not confirm or deny that that's where my pain was stemming from.) I was given anti inflammatory, which had not worked.. Again. I had 2 epidurals into my mid-upper back over a Month ago, with no relief. (I have cried every single time I have went because I feel like they see me as a drug seeker and not a woman with a 4 month old baby in desperate need of help. I've even told them how hard it is struggling to cuddle, rock, and hold my baby all through the night while sobbing because it's unbearable.)  Went back, didn't even drug test me the past 2 times, scheduled me for another epidural into my neck, and sent me on my way. Scheduled for next week.
Tomorrow, I go see a new PCP to be referred to an actual back specialist. I don't know whether to tell him my journey, how desperate I am, or anything.
I have tried all of the OTC meds, No relief. Have been prescribed flexiril  - puts me to sleep with no relief. Ultram, Vicodin, somas, norcos, oxycodone are the only meds that have ever helped me.
I am prescribed adderall, anafranil, klonopin, neurontin for my psych.
Please help. Please suggest. Please!

I had been in lower back surgery with an incompetent doctor who did a discectomy and left fragments of bone and disc in my lower Finally after about 1 year of going back to the same doctor and him telling me my pain was related to the surgery. I went to another doctor who did a MRI and told me that I needed another surgery well I let him do the surgery this is when O found out that the impervious Doctor had left the fragments  in my lower back so this doctor did a spinal fusion L5 to S1  and told me later in life it would become arthritic  and it did. But to make a long story short I finally found a pain management doctor that prescribe me 10 325 hydrocodone. This is after years of trying every drug for arthritis you can imagine. He gives me 240 10 325 a month and that seems to help but the only thing that worries is that he is old and may not be around for much longer. Then after he retires who is going to prescribe me that much hydrocodone a month

Also want to add that I am now 29 years old-
And after my last visit to the pain clinic, the nurse came into the room, said I see how distressed and frustrated you are, closed the door and told me that because of my age, their doctors will not prescribe me any narcotic.. I told her that I just need help and feel like they just see me seeking when I'm in pain 24.7 trying to take care of my daughter. She suggested to call my PCP and ask for a muscle relaxer or even a narcotic because their doctors won't help me. She was so kind. But .... How f***ed is that?!
Had to add that all in.
