arm pain at night

I have pain in my left arm muscle mostly at night it wakes me up and I can't find a comfortable position to sleep.

Thank you for your response. I have been doing better by wearing long sleeves at night, it seems to help.

Although there are numerous possible reasons for you discomfort, a problem in the shoulder would be likely with referred pain in the upper arm. Evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon may be in order.
