pain in left leg after 5 years of pilonidal sinus surgery?

So it's been 5 years since my surgery and even some months after the surgery whenever I used to walk for prolonged periods of time or exercise I would feel this mild pain in My left side of the lower back kinda near my pelvis area that would go all the way towards my left leg. But now it's been a whole day that it's paining from my left buttox all the way down to my left leg. Is the sinus recurring because I don't see any signs from outside or is it just because of pressure to one side of me
