Feels like my stomach rolled

I had a c-section and got my tubes tied 11 months ago.  Sometimes when I am slouching on the couch and I go to get up I get this pain on my upper right side of the abdomen.  It feels like a muscle or something as rolled over.  If I take my time to get up I feel it go backinto place.  This happened three times today. As I looked at my stomach it looked collapsed in the area where the pain was coming from. Should I be concerned?

Hi!

After a C-section, this sort of feeling can be due to two things. One is hernia, which can be either umbilical or paraumbilical.
The other possibility is adhesions inside the abdomen.
A doctor can examine you and rule out hernia, while adhesions can only be diagnosed through laparoscopy.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Take care!
