Pain on right side also all over back and abdomen.

I have been having weird pains and can't really pin point them but there is more stabbing pain on the right side can't tell if it's back or front but I think it might be front. It's right under my chest. It started in December when one night I couldn't sleep on my back or side so had to move to the couch. Also I've been drinking alcohol due to holidays so I though it might have a role to play but it never caused me problems other than a hangover. Well it hurt for a couple of days and seemed to go away. It started coming back again after a week or so. I had a hard time sleeping on my back and right side. As I lay down on my pain the pain is immediate and shoots right to the front right underneath my chest, around rib cage area. I get a little bit of relied when I lay on my left side but the pain can get so bad that that doesn't help at all and I will have to go sit on the couch and try to fall asleep sitting up. Also my stomach has been hurting too and feeling bloated. It's more upper abodes then lower. I do have bowels once a day and no pain when urinating even though I have been having the urge to go more frequently. What scares me the most is that a couple of days ago I started to see blood when urinating. My period stopped like two weeks ago and I have no pain or burning or itching in that area. Also today I checked after urinating and saw something like small blood clots floating in the toilet, never seen that before. Some other things is I feel light headed sometimes and fatigue but probably due to not being able to sleep good through out the night. I eat fine just get bloated very fast. I noticed if I eat gluten type foods it can get worse and eating at night before bed. I was just wondering if anybody has gone or is going through something like this and could share their info and experience. I can't find anything on the web but the closest thing I found was ovarian cancer but I really hope it's not that. Thank you!!

Wow well it seems as though the pain and everything else went away over night. I don't know if it had anything to do with but the night before I took baking soda in some water, drank chamomile tea and ate red caviar and prayed for it to go away.

Sorry for the spelling, I typed this on my phone and I guess the autocorrect played a role. Wanted to add that I smoke cigarettes as well but not daily and am a social drinker.
