win i move my neck i have a pain got thrue my right arm sometimes thrue the same hand n the right ear n my right leg what could this mean...inything serious?

You could have nerve entrapment or just something out of place in your neck.The pain in your leg doesn't correlate with a neck problem in my opinion. Either way only your PCP can give you the correct answers.
Has this been going on for a long time or is it something new? Did you injure yourself?
